Aisling Bea

Aisling was born on March 16, 1984, on the island of Kildare Ireland. She is one of Ireland's top-rated and popular comedians. She has been on QI alongside Stephen Fry. Aisling CliodhnadhSullivan (born on 16 March 1984) is also known as Aisling bea, is an Irish comedian, writer and actress. Bea started her stand-up career in 2011, after appearing in bits in several Irish television shows and British series from 2009. The comedian began to appear frequently on sketch comedy shows and sitcoms from 2012. After she was awarded an award at the Edinburgh Comedy Awards (ECA), she started to appear often in various panel programs. In 2016 and 2017, she was a member of 8 Out of 10 Cats Team, and also a part-time participant on the 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown spinoff. Born to Brian O'Sullivan, she is the mother of one sibling named Sinead. In 2012 she became the second female to win the So You Believe You're Funny award. Bea is her surname to honor her late father. Aisling O'Sullivan, also known as Cliodhnadh Aisling, was born at Kildare town in County Kildare. Bea's father Brian passed away at age three. He was a horse vet. Bea wasn't told the details of how he passed before she reached the age of 13. The stage name Bea is a tribute to her father. Bea was the author of an opinion piece for The Guardian, published in 2017 on her journey with suicide. Bea and her sister Sinead and her sister Sinead, were brought up by Helen Moloney (n e Moloney) who was a jockey as well as a teacher at a secondary school. The family was obsessed with horses and racing. Bea was a child an instructor for the Irish National Stud. From the age of a child, Bea knew that she did not want to pursue a racing career. She was more interested in the artistic arts.
